If you're reading this you've probably seen the plugin in action on our website and came to the idea of installing the plugin on your own website....and “bugger” ... something didn't quite go as it supposed to go.
"What to do now???"
First let me give you a wee bit of background information. We develop the plugin in our precious spare time and as we respond to the various request for support as well to keep as many people that want to use the plugin smiling. As you can imagine, we tend to spend as much time as possible on development of the plugin compared to time spend on support. We experienced that the more people that use the plugin on their website, the more requests for support we received. And that reduced our time to work on the plugin drastically. That pretty much sounds like a bit of a “no no”, so we went back to the drawing table an came back with a rather ingenious plan….
If you experience a problem, please
- go through the FAQ and see if a solution to your problem is posted there. We try to keep it as up-to-date as possible.
- If you didn’t find a solution there, please visit the forum and see if you can find a solution to your problem there.
- If that still leaves you without a working plugin, please post a topic on the forum and we’ll do our utmost to help you out.
- Last but not least, please keep in mind we spend our spare time on this project and like to keep working on it with a smile on our face. ;-)
What if you want to support us?
Good on ya mate! That’s the spirit!! We can use some support!!! A few nice beers, a shoulder massage from a nice lady or a free trip to Hawaii or any other happy sunny place. We wouldn’t mind. ;-) But ok, a bit more seriously:
- We can always use good ideas for new features for the flickr extensions please post them on the forum.
- If you are a Joomla and PHP expert and like to join our development team, please send us an e-mail or post a message on the forum.
- Financial donations are welcome as well. We’ll use your donation to cover the few costs we have for this project and donate the rest for support (local) charity organizations.
